Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules and responsibilities that apply when you access or use SalesKnit.

Last updated October 15, 2026

1

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SalesKnit’s websites, applications and related services. By creating an account, accepting an order form or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use SalesKnit for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

If a separate written agreement or order form applies to your use of SalesKnit, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these terms.

2

Accounts and authorized users

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the conduct of users you authorize.

  • Keep credentials confidential and use reasonable safeguards, including available multi-factor authentication.
  • Assign access only to people who need it and promptly remove access when it is no longer required.
  • Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident involving your account.
  • You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and may not use the service if prohibited by applicable law.
3

Acceptable use

You may use SalesKnit for your lawful internal business purposes and in accordance with product documentation. You must not:

  • Use the service to violate law, infringe rights, harass others or send unlawful or unsolicited communications.
  • Upload malicious code, disrupt the service, bypass access controls or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell or exploit the service except where we expressly permit it or applicable law allows it.
  • Use automated means to overload, scrape or extract data from the service outside supported interfaces.
  • Use SalesKnit to store highly sensitive information unless the relevant feature and your agreement expressly support it.
4

Your data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of information, content and materials you submit to SalesKnit (“Customer Data”). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit and display Customer Data to provide, secure and improve the service and to meet our legal obligations.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data, for providing required notices and obtaining required permissions, and for configuring access appropriately. You should maintain exports or backups suitable for your business continuity needs.

5

Plans, fees and taxes

Paid features, subscription periods, usage limits and fees are described at purchase or in an order form. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew for the same period until cancelled, fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged.

You are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes based on our net income. We may change pricing for a future renewal period by giving reasonable notice. Late or failed payments may result in limited or suspended access after notice where practicable.

6

Third-party services and integrations

SalesKnit may interoperate with third-party products that you choose to enable. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability or functionality may change independently of SalesKnit.

When you connect an integration, you authorize us to exchange the information necessary to perform the actions you request.

7

Intellectual property

SalesKnit and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including software, designs, documentation, trademarks and improvements. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable subscription or access period.

If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or obligation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

8

Service changes and availability

We work to keep SalesKnit reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may modify features as the product evolves and will seek to provide appropriate notice of material changes that significantly reduce core paid functionality.

9

Suspension and termination

You may stop using SalesKnit at any time and may cancel a subscription according to the applicable plan or order form. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, pose a security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that could harm SalesKnit or others.

When access ends, your right to use the service stops. Subject to legal and contractual requirements, you may request an export or deletion of Customer Data. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. SalesKnit is a business operations tool and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical or other professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill or data. SalesKnit’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid or payable for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where they are prohibited by law.

11

General terms

You may not assign this agreement without our consent, except as part of a merger or sale of substantially all relevant assets. We may assign it in connection with a corporate reorganization or transfer of the service. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Applicable governing law and dispute procedures may be stated in your order form or separate agreement; otherwise, the laws and courts of the jurisdiction in which the SalesKnit contracting entity is established will apply, subject to mandatory local law.

12

Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or law. We will post the updated terms and revise the date above. For material changes, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
